Last Night's dinner turned out great, and I actually remembered to take pictures this time! I'm sorry the pic's aren't too organized, I'm not too good at this web stuff...

It all started with the meat. I haven't been able to find Braciole steak here in Dallas, so I used 1 3/4 lb. flank steak ( pounded flat )

I think moving in with the boyfriend has been great for culinary adventures...I'm more inclined to go out of my way and do interesting things for two than just for one. These are from the last week or two. I could really stand to study those food photography tips thoroughly, but for now these shots will hopefully suffice.

Is there another name for flank steak?!??!?! They do not sell anything labeled as such in the stores or markets where I live. I know it is there under another name but I don't know what it is! Help! I feel stupid.

morning all...

totally didn't plan for dinner tonight. hubby is cooking. need something easy he can make w/ a flank steak, something other than fajitas, pepper steak or stir fry. To top it off, he hates most casseroles and stews. I'm just out of ideas! please, help!
